COLTAF's Leadership Banks help maximize the resources available for access to civil justice in Colorado by waiving monthly service charges on their COLTAF accounts and
being among the top forty banks in the state paying the highest flat or weighted
average COLTAF interest rates for at least the preceding 12-month period.
Those banks which contribute most significantly to COLTAF's mission, due to a
combination of average balances on deposit and strong COLTAF rates, are
recognized with their logos.
Note: Twice a year, in February and in August, COLTAF updates this list of
Leadership Banks and this interest rate information based on remittance
information received from the banks for the preceding 12-month period.
COLTAF calculates the weighted averages utilizing its computer data base system
and inputs from the bank's remittance reports. For current rate
information, please contact the banks directly. List current as of December 31, 2009
